SouthSide Mpls Podcast takes a curatorial perspective of six communities in Minneapolis; Maka Ska/Isles, Phillips, Longfellow, Powderhorn, Nokomis and Southwest. People living and working within the SouthSide have so much in common while remaining quite diverse. From impoverished neighborhoods to vast generational wealth – it’s all here. In 2020 and early 2021 we made multiple attempts to secure proper foundational funding without success. This concept is a great concept, at some point in the future we will again pursue a SouthSide Mpls podcast - however, for now we will not be producing additional episodes.
